Back in 2021,The team worked with my insurance company to get a fair review and replacement of my roof. Had a good selection of roof colors that matched the HOA requirements. The installation team was respectful of my property and cleaned up afterwards. Just be mindful of rogue nails around the property.

I had this company install a new roof 4 or 5 years ago. They worked with the insurance company and I only paid the deposit. You get what you pay for. This has been an expensive choice. Within a few months the skylight started leaking. When the new roof was put on the flashing was installed incorrectly . Last year shingles came off. They were not nailed down correctly. Recently after my dryer vent was cleaned it was discovered the wrong vent was installed. It was a bathroom vent not a dryer vent. Not only was this not up to code but my dryer burnt out and there was so much lint in the venting it could have resulted in a fire. Buyer beware .

I had a sweet and sour experience with covenant during the replacement of my roof. Let me explain. Their sales and estimating team is great! Zack supported us and he was great to work with. Always on time, always courteous, he handled the insurance adjuster really well and explained the process very clearly. He was outstanding ! Now the actual work was not that pleasant. Covenant DOES NOT have their own crews so they have to subcontract the work and it seems that they don't have great control of their subs. The crew that came was very unprofessional ! Always blocking my driveway when I told them not to, when I asked them to move their van so that I could move they took about 20 mins to move. Even at the end of the day they parked their trailer full of trash in the middle of my driveway without any concern. It seemed that they were more concerned with finishing fast because customer service was not too important to them. What really got to me was the fact that they broke 2 of my landscape lights and they tried to cover up the damage by gluing them back together with black silicone performing a very "Mickey Mouse" type of job ( pics included ). Subcontractors that try to hide smalls things like those will definitely hide larger things as well so hopefully they didn't cause any larger damage somewhere else or cut corners just to finish fast.
As I said that was my experience you may get a different crew but who knows what you will get. Covenant offered to pay for replacement lights which is the best they could do. In my opinion Covenant should have had their own foreman on site inspecting every step of the process but they didn't do that. To sum up in my opinion paperwork wise Covenant was very good but they lacked on the execution.

Could not get a call back for an estimate on a new roof. Was told I would receive a call from Jeff Colagerakis who handles Wakefield area within 24 hours. 9 days later & after leading a follow up message, still no call! Guess they don't need the business!

Sounded Good!! Replace the roof for the deductible was the sales pitch. Neighbor used them and I observed the crew working and they worked fast and in unison. Looked great when they were done.
Had a little wind a couple days later and found the neighbors vent cap in my front yard.
They brought a different crew to do my roof. I was promised the production manager's "A"team for the install. A family, A dad and a mom and a couple of their teen aged children and a couple other workers showed up. They started before I got home and I wished for the best. The roof is finished and I hope everything is ok. I have a downspout and a gutter filled with roof trash and nails. Everytime it rains, it stains the siding when the gutter overflows.
The production manager never did a final inspection or even showed up. I was told it was my responsibility for clean up according to the fine print in the contract, so I guess that included getting up on the finished roof to inspect it and the gutters. The siding we cleaned when I complained and after another rain it is stained again. The sales guy and production manager told me again that this 74 year old was responsible for clean up including cleaning the roof trash out of the gutters. Good Luck and be sure to write an addendum to their contract. By the way I have been told the former GM left in July and with it went the core values and culture. Be careful with this company.

After my roof was damaged in April 2020 my insurance company want me to get a contractor out to look at my roof. I contacted Covenant Roofing they sent Jeff out within 24 hours to look at the roof. He also temporarily patched the roof to prevent water damage. Covenant worked with my insurance company to get my roof replaced. Covenant also upgraded my shingles from 3-tab (rated for 65 mph wind) to architectural (rated 130 mph wind) free of charge. They were able to complete the Job in 1 day. I definitely recommend this company.

I'm incredibly disappointed by the service I received from Covenant Roofing, though I'm thankful it was during the quote process and I'm not tied to them for the project. I contacted them on June 21st for a quote on roofing and siding replacement. Initially, things went well and C.S. contacted me promptly to set up a quote. He came out on June 26th and was very friendly. Unfortunately, that's all the positive I can say.

I was promised the quote by the 30th of June. I didn't receive it.

With the holiday weekend, I waited a few days and contacted CS on July 6. I was promised the quote that night or the next morning. I didn't receive it.

CS contacted me on the afternoon the 7th and promised me the quote the next day on the 8th "before I head out of town Sunday". I didn't receive it.

If the company is this bad while they are trying to sell me, I can only imagine how bad the service is once you sign a contract.

Good and bad experience with Covenant.
We are originally from upstate NY where hail damage is rare and we have always one our own roofing work. Zach and Noah made us aware of past hail damage on our roof and that it could be fully covered by insurance. Although we also got other estimates, we decided to go with Covenant because of their excellent reviews, Chrisitan company and the fact that they appraised us of the roof situation in the first place.
They are very busy so it took awhile to get scheduled although they kept us informed of the delays.
When we set a date, due to impending rain, the guys worked from sun up to sundown and completed the job in one day. My husband was pleased with the quality of the roofing. Although the crew was very messy, the cleanup was generally well done.
The bad experience was that our extensive foundation landscaping was
seriously damaged in more than one area. Noah contends that my husband declined the wooden structures that were offered. My husband says he wasn't asked about it. Since the landscaping was a concern that I had mentioned several times, it seems unlikely that if it was offered, my husband would have said no. I'm hoping it was a miscommunication or misunderstanding.
Regardless however, a more professional company would have protected the landscaping as a matter of course. My advice to Noah was that it should be used whenever a property has plantings to protect, especially expensive and extensive garden beds such as ours.
At the worst time of the year to try to repair the damage, it will take days to make it look better and probably well over a hundred dollars to replant in the fall. I won't see blooms on many plants this season and some won't make it at all. Since I'm a master gardener, I'm interested in unusual plants and some plants were rare and will be difficult and expensive to replace.
Noah was obviously not a gardener. He was aware of the damage before I pointed it out. I got the impression that, while he was sorry I was upset, he was not really concerned. Offered seeds, which he didn't realize added insult ot injury.
The bottom line is, if you choose Covenant for a good job of the roofing itself, INSIST on protection for garden beds you want to survive the process.

We worked with Dallas Duke at Covenant pre shut down at the start of the year. He was amazingly helpful in dealing with the insurance and explaining the process. His follow-up was wonderful. The roofing team was scheduled promptly and came as planned just before all things shut down. We would recommend this roofing company and would use it again ourselves.

Covenant Roofing was amazing to work with after a hail storm damaged our roof. They met with the adjusters and handled everything. I left for vacation only to arrive at a beautiful roof. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional from beginning to end. I would highly recomend them!
