Elite Event: Acoustic Night at Commune

This event was definitely packed in terms of entertainment. Trivia nights are a guilty pleasure of mine, and this was no different. But what stood out for me was the performance of Ms. Alfa Garcia. She definitely has the talent and personality to make an impact on the OPM scene. Her soulful, mesmerizing voice combined with the unique inclusion of the kazoo on her musical style was truly memorable for me. I enjoyed playing the kazoo when I was younger and I rediscovered my fondness for it during the event.

The food and drinks served were terrific, from the entree meal down to the brownies and lemon squares. The environment is festive, which is appropriate given the name of the restaurant. It was my first time to visit this part of Makati, and I honestly had a lot of fun exploring new places like this. Congratulations, Yelp! Manila for another great Elite event.

I can't make an objective review for this event because i was kinda involved with it, but let me just say that Yelp is awesome for staging this acoustic night with Alfa, and Alfa was super-stoked to be part of this event. Thanks, Joey and the Yelpers for making this awesome event happen.
