But JB was super positive, and gave me the confidence to try. I followed his recommendation for a Realtor and they worked together beautifully to get the job done...easy application and approval, a great rate, a good appraisal, and I am now spending my first night in my new home.

We switched to them about 3 weeks out from our closing date and they were fantastic in helping us get a great rate and closing on our home. Our sellers were very anxious about our decision to switch lenders at that time and JB assured us that everything would get completed by our targeted closing date. He did not disappoint. Island Coast Mortgage really took care of us in helping getting the VA loan appraisal and remedies completed. They were very easy to talk and work with and were great in answering any of our questions along with the way. We highly recommend them to everyone looking for great service and an incredible rates.
