Mynear Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

Had plumbing work done on my home in Carlisle, KY. Not sure if they really know anything much about plumbing. They came out with at least three people and worked for hours and had a bill of over $1000, yet the plumbing still doesn't work. Will need to hire another company to fix the problems they created including leaving a foot missing from a pipe in the wall. The pipe probably didn't seem important to them but it was a drain pipe to my air that leads to sewer (instead of the usual outside) so after awhile the dripping water damaged my floor. When you don't know where a pipe connects to, do you just cut and leave it?
