Update: after 1 day the flowers are already dying.
If you look at the 2 star reviews my situation seems to be repeated over and over again.
This morning I called Suzanns flowers to order an arrangement for my wife to be sent to her work.
They have 3 sizes, obviously the bigger the cost goes up. I purchased the largest arrangement and it was delivered to my wife
When she got home I took a look at it and it looked more along the size of the standard size (smallest).
I called suzanns and expressed my disappointment in what was delivered, and the shear size of the arrangement, it didn't look nearly as big nor full as what the photo looks like. When I see a photo of what I'm buying I expect to receive that.
They offered me a 20 dollar refund, which I refused. Then they offered to come get the flowers and give me a new arrangement but again didn't promise would look like the photo because some of the flowers may be unbloomed so they last longer.
I told him why would you send unbloomed flowers, I don't care how long they last, first impression is everything.
I dont know if the owner thought I just wanted to get something free out of it but that's not the case. I told him what would satisfy me and he declined. So I told him I will eat the 100 cost of this arrangement and write a review.
Not to mention a couple of the flowers were crispy( aka dying or dead) and some were smashed.

Hello Juan, I sincerely apologize for not being able to come to an agreement on how to handle this situation. I issued a refund for your entire order.
In situations where our customers are unsatisfied with their order, we do offer compensation or an exchange. I offered to make a new arrangement and to send you a photo of it before we take it out for delivery to make sure you were happy with it.
I know that you didn’t want us to exchange the flower arrangements at her work, but still wanted the new one delivered to her work, so I even offered to deliver the new bouquet to her work and for us to pick up the old one from your home while she was at work.
Again, I sincerely apologize for any embarrassment we caused. Most retail business require their products to be returned for exchanges and we ask the same.

My experiences here have always been pleasant and easy. I usually had custom orders made and, just recently for Valentine's Day, I picked out an arrangement from their website. Suzann's classic red roses with pink lilies.Very pleased with the arrangements and quality of their flowers. On top of this, prices are extremely reasonable for the arrangement you are receiving.

If you want the wedding of your dreams then Suzanne's Flowers will make that dream come true. The flower arrangements for my daughter's wedding were gorgeous. The colors of the flowers were perfect. Remington and his staff went out of their way to make everything amazing. They had to pivot from an outdoor ceremony to an indoor one due to the rain and they arranged all the flowers like it was going to be indoors the entire time. I can't thank you all enough. You made my daughter and son in law's wedding a true fairy tale.

I LOVE Suzanne's! They are my go to for flowers. Did not disappoint again. My mother's 80th birthday was this past weekend and she sent me this picture, still enjoying the flowers!!

Beautiful flowers, I had them delivered and they were open before most flower shops, this place was great and I will definitely use them again for all my flowers deliveries. The service was amazing the delivery time was excellent . Recommending this to all my family and friends.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Long rant of a post but worth the read.
I placed an order for my daughter's graduation two days before pick up. I ordered her a flower lei with glitter and paid over the phone. When asked what time I would like to pick it up I stated, "3-5ish," to which the girl replied that was fine.
I foolishly didn't look to see what time this place closed, not knowing they close at 5pm.
On the day of my daughter's graduation I came to pick up her lei at around 5:15pm (I was running a bit late like every mom on the day of her kid's graduation) and as you can imagine they were closed. Doors locked, lights off, no one inside.
I was FURIOUS. I had told my family that I was getting her a lei, so no one else did. It was extremely disappointing, and there was nothing I could do.
The next morning I went into the store and explained what had happened, waited about 10 minutes for the manager, Remington. When he got to me he said, "So, what, you just want the order cancelled."
No apologies. No ounce of anything apologetic. Nothing. In fact, what I received was an attitude. He was extremely rude and frankly looked annoyed with me.

Hey Hannah, I understand your disappointment and frustration. It was a beautiful lei and we would of been happy to stay open a little later if we were notified.
We should of checked our pick up order and saw that your order was still here past it's intended pick up time. We should of given you a courtesy call as well. Those are our mistakes.
