Walmart Supercenter

Many people probably know what a bar crawl is and may even have participated.  They are always fun right?  Walmart crawls are the complete opposite of fun!  This is the experience my mother put my dad and I through going to several Walmarts in one day, to search for a transport chair, because her current one had gotten too uncomfortable for her to use. Apparently, she saw their ad in a flyer and decided we should try to buy a new one for her.  

When we entered the store, we went straight to the pharmacy where the wheel chairs were supposed to be on display.  However, they had no chairs at all!  Staff members nearby, including the pharmacist could not help us because they were not aware or trained with knowledge about their inventory stats.  We ended up having to "crawl" to another Walmart.  

Other than being disappointed, I have to at least mention that this is your average Walmart, offering a little bit of everything at mostly low prices.  And of course, these stores seem to have a knack of being conveniently located in just about every neighborhood.  When it comes to saving money, shopping here is a necessity because many of us have few choices when you are on a tight budget.  This place turned out to be a bit of a surprise from it's spacious parking lot to the clean, organized and well stocked interior, including the grocery section.  It's a busy place to shop, but that's to be expected at any Walmart.....

So I wanted to get an oil change at Walmart and walked up to their service desk which was currently abandoned. I saw five employees working on other cars and walking all around me but no one came to talk to me for a half hour. Not one person made eye contact with me. Eventually an employee came next to me and started plugging in information for somebody else and still never once looked at me and then walked away after 5 minutes. This is the worst non-service I've ever experienced. Walmart you should be ashamed of yourself for such terrible customer service. At least make eye contact and say I'll be with you in a few minutes. Or say we can't help you at this time or say we're busy but don't just keep walking around me as though I'm not there!

Hi i come to buy something for walmart at 10:30 pm the lady told me me told me store closed so funny never learn to do good costumer service. Never buy something for walmart always bad customer service horrible

This is the worst Walmart. My son worked here for almost 8 years. He got hit by a car. The people in this car stole from this store as they were reversing they hit my son in his upper leg damaged his cell phone. The so called camera didn't pick this up so they ended up calling my son a lier and fired him. So do ur self a favor don't shop here

This isn't necessarily directed to Walmart the actual store, but walmart.com. I have been a member for over two years. I have spent thousands of dollars and I cannot believe the refund policy and the way they treat customers regarding delayed items that are supposed to be delivered. you pay for the item then says delayed and you never get your item and you never get your money back. Even when you call corporate it's bullshit.
Then you go in store, to do a return with a receipt and the cashier is so rude because they act like it's their money or some thing to the point where you want to reach across the counter and do something very very bad. Lol

This used to be a really nice store.
Place has been rundown, customer service needs improvement.

This is by far the most shady and disrespectful Walmart I've ever been in. They have everything locked behind the glass. Even a $6 dollar pack of socks. Takes about 15 minutes to get someone over to open it, then your treated like a criminal and aren't aloud to carry your own stuff in your basket. They take it to self checkout and you have to wait in a huge line that goes all the way around the store. The employees are rude and lazy. The food is out of code and rotten produce. I would give NO STAR if I could. This place is just plain nasty. I will not be giving them another penny of my hard earned money. Screw you walmart on antelope road. You've ripped me off and wasted my time for the last time. Go 5 miles more to a better place to shop . Save your self and don't shop here!!!

this is the worst Walmart I've ever been in. Do you need to call the front desk? They will not answer . I purchased. A Roku I asked is there any other part I need to install it and the girl said no everything is in it. I get home I had someone come over to install it for me and it did not have a USB outlet plug.
it would have been so simple to buy one at that time. Now I'm home and had someone come over and they need to leave and I need to go pick it up and do it another time. Very frustrating.

Thank you to all who helped us on Aug 10. I blocked out for a minute my husband and the lady was holding me and can't can't carry and the man helped them and I was able to revived. Management and owner your Walmart saved me and now alive. The Indian lady asked you wanna us to call urgent care. I said no and went to Kaiser. So blessed no fractured . It's a lifetime I owed you guys. Walmart is our favorite store.

I had the worst customer service experience in my life. My fiancee and I went to auto store part of WALMART to get new tires for his cars before we go on our trip to Vegas. We first sit in the office and wait over an hour. The cashier left her post for 45 minutes she was no where in sight . So when she returns she was so rude and unprofessional and yelling at my fiancee and telling him to ask the mechanic does he have time to change his tires. When we met the mechanic he was extremely upset and in a bad mood. He asked my fiancee. Don't come into the shop it's like walking inside of someone 's house. He rudely tells him he doesn't have time to change two tires. I will never go to this WALMART again.
