Amazing!  Used these guys over 5 years ago and just had them come back out to give our bbq another deep cleaning.  Can't say enough good things about these guys, they get the job done when they say they will, are very friendly and clean up after themselves.  If you need your outdoor kitchen cleaned, you could not find a better company to hire!

Recently had the pleasure to work with Golnaz. had a friend looking for a property and I reached out to her and told her what they were looking for (# of bedrooms, bathrooms, location and price). Within the hour, Golnaz had sent out a list of fantastic properties in the price range and areas they were looking for, even offered dates to show the properties in person and handle all the paperwork needed to complete the transactions.

Had ThEnd Company install some gutters and rain diverter on the backside of my single story home. They were very professional, took care of my property and finished the job in quick/timely manner. After the first rain it was noticed that the diverter needed a small adjustment, I gave them a call and they came out quickly to address the issue.
If you are looking for excellent work, great prices and friendly workers, I highly recommend this company.

As a home inspector, I have had the pleasure of working with Bonnie and her clients on several occasions over the last few years. The professionalism and dedication Bonnie gives to her clients is second to none. Bonnie is very detail oriented, very accessible to all her clients and just a pleasure to work with. Just had our house repiped and they were great!  Clean, friendly and professional the entire time. Arrived when they said they would, completed the job when they said they would (actually a bit earlier). Also the drywall/stucco repair guy is awesome as well, can't even tell where the holes were made (texture wise, we still have to paint).
I'd highly recommend this company, Doug and his team definitely know what they're doing and it shows.

Bought my first Tacoma from Santa Margarita Toyota back in 2007 and had a great experience then and nothing has changed since!  Went this past weekend to purchase a new 2020 Tacoma and had the pleasure of dealing with Nina (who I initially spoke with by email, both in 2007 and 2020 - says a lot about a business when someone is there that long).
Tommy, who was our in house sales consultant, was very nice, zero pressure, thorough and super helpful with the entire process.  Robin, who took care of the appraisal of my 2007 and Richard who was the financial guy who again made the process straight forward, no high pressure sales on the extra add-ons (warranty, paint protection, etc).

There 'EZ PRICE' makes haggling a distant memory and we feel we got a fantastic deal, on both the new truck and the trade in of my old one.  

I'd highly recommend Santa Margarita Toyota to anyone that is looking to purchase a new vehicle in the future.

Unfortunately I can not recommend this company.  We hired them to do some touch-up painting on the exterior of the house to fix some areas around the windows and some damaged stucco.  They gave a fair price and they seemed like nice people so we gave them a try.  Well, they ended up accidentally dumping a gallon of paint on the street at my neighbors house and looks like they tried to make what paint they had left stretch for the remainder of the job on our exterior walls.  You can still see the bare stucco and primer underneath as the paint was not applied thick enough or enough layers.  Tyler told me when he was done, if we find any areas that need touching up, to give him a call/text and he'll be over to make it right.  Well, its now been several weeks and several messages to him with no reply,  nothing, he simply ignores us.   To top it off, once he was done he gave me the small container of paint and said to use the code off of it in the future if we wanted the same color matched paint, turns out they were using interior paint on the outside of the house!  Not to mention the boot print of paint he left on our back patio.  Not very professional.
I'd have to say give this company a hard pass and keep looking.

We had Legendary Doors & Windows install most of our windows about 1.5 years ago and we had 1 window left to do (waiting for a remodel).  Once again, they were very professional, very neat and on time.  The window install went smoothly and the exterior stucco they had to repair and match was just about perfect!   I dealt with Scott Lutz and he was very professional, responsive and detailed with all his initial measurement and all the questions I came up with.  I would highly recommend these guys for all your doors and window needs, you know it will be done right the first time, every time.  Thanks guys!

I've been going to Bayshore dental for many years. Not only are the staff very friendly and professional, they are also very caring with the treatments and procedures they provide. I can actually say that it is a pleasure to go to the dentist!  Yes, you read that correctly.
If your looking for one of the best dental practices around, I can not stress enough how fantastic this office is.  They will clearly discuss with you what the costs are and/or what insurance will cover, you will never get a surprise bill.

The tech showed up a the promised time (think his name was Mike), did a quick check on a few items to see why our AC wasn't working, found the issue and quickly fixed it.  After fixing the issue, he did a few more tests to see if our system was in good working order, and then he was off.   Very professional, super friendly, kept me informed of what he was doing the entire time, even locked up the garage door when he left.
Highly recommend Capistrano Air.
